I got three quotes for a small drywall job. Two quotes came in around $1500. This company quoted $6500! I wrote them to confirm because I thought there must be a typo and he told me it was correct. They had great reviews on home advisor but now I suspect it must be a scam with fake reviews.
Got my drop ceiling repaired. I called and provided some details and pictures. A guy showed up and replaced everything in a few hours. He expects payment by check and within a 24 hour period but the work looks great and they were professional.
