untrustworthy & dishonest I purchased tires from an online company to be delivered to Perfect Timing. They did not call us when they received them, we had to call them. Then they installed the tires with the white lettering inside. I called to complain the next day after we picked up and was told "most customers have the lettering put inside because it is ugly". Best Toyota guys around If you own a Toyota or Lexus, you need to take it to Jerry and the boys over at Perfect Timing. They are rare in the mechanic world in that they truely look out for the customer. Don't expect work to be done that isn't needed, they will never stear you wrong.
