Update 04.13.2021. Ron Eckburg's response is a perfect example of a guy who cannot admit that he botched the work. It is hard for him to do that considering that he ruined $30,000.00 job. ROC found his work way below minimum standards, ROC inspector testified that he installed tiles incorrectly. I am not really sure where Ron was during the inspector's testimony. This was our 2nd experience using Perfect Tile 5 years ago they updated our master bath. They removed a huge sunken tub and replaced with an amazing shower. Ron and Tom did such a fabulous job from tile, sinks, countertops that we hired back for a larger do over. We did a kitchen, laundry, second bathroom, fireplace and flooring. Ron made suggestions that were right on. They are a pleasure to have in the house and never a concern leaving them alone. Prices are competitive.
