One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The owner was at times rude. Not only were saleable items not sold, the list of items sold was incomplete (many items sold were bulked into and “other” category). For items listed as sold did not match to dollar amounts on the receipt listing provided. stay clear!

Having been in the antiques business for a number of years, The Perfect Thing is the only consignment shop I'll use. Finding someone honest and reputable in todays world can be mind boggling but, you can rest assured placing your items here. Judy, Kate and all the staff are amazing whether they are taking in a consignment, setting up an estate sale or selling something out of their store. Love the concept and the ease of getting my furniture consigned BUT from that point on, customer service is gone! It takes over 60 days to get your 50% and you have to email or call a ton to even find out what has been sold and/or for how much. The thought process after Kate gets furniture wasn't thorough.
