Believe the reviews. Undoubtedly, Jim (The Owner) is a true professional, honest and ethical person to deal with. My unit was not pumping cool air out two weeks after being serviced by one of the "big" companies. Now, I certainly do not blame them for my issue. However, when the "big" company came out, they sold me on a service contract which I accepted with my eyes open. Part of that was to be put on a priority list for service should I need it.
