I showed up for my 8am appointment today and the office was closed and locked. I called the number on the door and my call was forwarded to an overseas call center. The echo on the phone was terrible and I could barely understand the person speaking to me. I was informed the office was closed today. No one had bothered to call and tell me about the office closure. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone for an explanation. I have had 3 visits with this office. On my last visit I was 8 months pregnant and experiencing significant gum bleeding which is typical of my pregnancies and goes away after delivery. The office pushed me to return in 4 months, when I said my insurance would not cover that, they argued with me yet did not contact the insurance company. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment if you’re an existing client. Been trying for 2 weeks now. I keep getting told I’ll “get a call back” and never do. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrifically incompetent staff

This is the worst dentist office I have ever seen. They didn't submit my insurance request for payment for over a year after the visit which caused the insurance to deny the payment. Now I have a ding on my credit because of their incompetence. Staff is not helpful or friendly and office never has the same people working there. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.
