My last few appointments have been fine. I have been frustrated with the Dentist and staff turnover at the Golden location. There often seemed to be some underlying turmoil within. The Golden office that I have gone to for years is now closing which makes my drive more than twice as far from my home. Disappointed that the Golden office is closing. Absolute worst experience I have ever had in regard to billing. I have tried to contact the clinic many times via email and phone to solve a billing issue. The office seems to always be closed?? The call center is unhelpful. If you want your bills to be properly managed, don’t come to this clinic.
I really hate to write negative reviews, but I have been so frustrated with this company. Ever since they became a Brident office, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. If the office is closed (which it always is, it seems), you get transferred to an international call center where they representatives claim they are unable to help with the most basic requests, such as rescheduling appointments.
