You cancelled my appointment three times
One of the worst visits.. I didn’t even get seen. Office was so unorganized. Waited 40 minutes and no one spoke to me. I had to ask if I was going to get seen and they rescheduled my appointment. I will be seeing another dentist. The last three appointments I waited 30 to 45 minutes. So unprofessional.
We filled out all the preliminary paperwork and submitted it. Upon arrival for appt. was told they didn't receive it, that a new form had to be filled out before seeing dentist. Got very angry with the bull and left!
My wife and I were treated with professional courtesy and skill, and will continue to come there for dental treatment.
