This office completely reset with an entirely new staff and it is an absolute improvement!!! I didn’t get to meet the new dentist, Dr. Sloan but my hygienist, Tacia, was amazingly friendly, thorough, and gentle. Her assistant, Lynette, was also very helpful and friendly, as was the receptionist, Gabby! What a different feeling in that office. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.

Awful experience. Was going for a referral that this office didn’t offer even though it was clearly on the form along w being told during setting up of the appointment. It was blessing in disguise after seeing the lack of cleanliness in the entire facility. Utter filth. Highly recommend you choose elsewhere. As a side note, delayed my appt the day before by 30 min and then sat in the lobby waiting another 45 min after I was supposed to be seen. Pretty dissapointed in this place and will not be returning. My first visit I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and it took over an hour to be seen. The dentist is a little condescending and rude. I had gone in for my third visit and when I went home I get a call from the front desk women (who was also rude & unprofessional by the way) about outstanding charges.
