Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office was very disappointing. I left with serious concerns about the professionalism and overall work environment. There were situations where the doctor’s clinical judgment and competence left me questioning whether patients are receiving the level of care they deserve. Scheduled an appointment 2 months ago for my son to have a tooth exposed by the peridontist in this office. Referred by another Perfect Teeth office but had to drive an hour to this location to have it done, as he wouldn't do it at the other location he goes to that we normally go to. Pulled my son out of school, got halfway to the office for the appointment and they called me 30 mins before to tell me he won't do the procedure. Best Dentist I've been to!! Dr. Parsons and his team were all so kind and gentle with my sore wisdom tooth and molar and were able to get me in to get them removed really quickly! Dr. Hardy is a Pro and had me in and out with an easy extraction in record time! I am so impressed and will be sending all my family and friends recommendations to this office from now on! Let me start by saying I manage Wynkoop Dentistry and you can read our reviews and see we are an excellent office, so maybe my standard is too high. However this was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had! I needing a wisdom tooth extraction (not my 1st) which my office has to refer out; and an employee referred me to her old office and Dr Hardy.
