Great office and Nancy is the BEST!
There was no backup person trained to handle insurance, so my appointment was canceled at the last minute. Not having cross-trained staff means that unexpected situations can completely shut down patient care with no notice, which makes it feel risky to book appointments here.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this dental office. I was quoted $187 for a night guard that the dentist insisted I needed, despite me explaining that I already wear retainers nightly. I paid the quoted amount at the time of the visit.
