Go anywhere else if you’re a new patient, I wish I had read other reviews before going here, looks like they’ve done this to multiple people. As other reviews have said, new patients are required to get an x-ray, and despite me offering to send a recent one from a different office or just canceling the appointment, they reassured me I wouldn’t be charged and did it. I should have read the reviews before going, because they scammed me the exact same way. I told them at the appointment I had an X-ray recently and could get those records because I didn't want to be charged for a new one and the dentist assured me I wouldn't be charged and they did a new one. Now I have a bill and they're claiming their third party system that checks insurance eligibility "didn't show I had an x-ray recently and that I should have known to offer my recent one BEFORE the visit" so it's my fault. Thorough and excellent job
Always professional and genuinely caring.
On 08-03-26, I had my first deep cleaning procedure, and my Hygienist Susan was very knowledgeable, very gentle, and kept me informed of everything she was going to do next. The numbing gel she first applied to my gums made the entire procedure painless. This procedure is performed in two visits, with the second visit scheduled for 08-06-26. I was very anxious going into this first visit, but now know what to expect, so have no reason to dread the second procedure.
