I would shout "GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!" but actually you'll have an impossible time being seen anyway. When they aren't cancelling your apt day-of, they pull bullshit like scheduling you on a day they are completely closed. Finally thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned, drove all the way here and the sign says "closed tues & thurs"😭😭 I called the number on the door and they confirmed I had the right time and place, and said all they could do was "escalate this". I'm tired!! why is this so hard??

[EDIT 7/16/2024] Dr. Ashiwini no longer works here (was is amazing), and we have been trying to cancel an appointment we made but their phone system hangs up on us whenever we call to cancel the appointment. Worst Dental office ever! I got my dentures made at this office in December 2023 . I had to go back multiple times to get them adjusted, last time in March this year. This dental office decided to file my insurance for those adjustments. My insurance explained to me that any adjustments made up to six months after getting the dentures made are already included in the original cost of the dentures they charged. Dentist is Hell bent on selling you a crown where a filling will do. Without even looking at the other tooth I pointed out, the dentist, Dr Pruett pronounced “I think it’s an abscess”. How about an xray and exam first Doc? When I asked for copies of xrays done so far they said to have a new dentist call them directly… except they decided to close their practice on Mondays and Tuesdays without telling anyone. I would give them 0 Stars, if I could.
