Jennifer has done my taxes for 6 years now! She has been most professional every year. We started out with tax issues and she corrected past mistakes for us. She has been attentive and courteous every year. Asking all the questions to ensure accuracy. I highly recommend her especially if you have problems with the IRS. She will put you at ease through the process. I can’t say enough about her. Jennifer will be doing my taxes for the rest of my working years!

Very unorganized quoted me $150.00 then a few days later said it would be $300.00. Did taxes for 2022 incorrectly and wanted to charge $300.00 to amend those Way unheard of and when called out on not doing correctly said she was not going to amend them so now I am on the hook for her mistake . I will say she did end up honoring the first quote given. But I recommend not using her. Very unorganized, took 5 months to get my taxes done. Had 2 appointments and when I got there she said I wasn't on the schedule both times. Also when she said she was finished harassed me about payment and wouldn't let me review what she did until I paid. When I received my tax return for my personal she didn't even have my name close to right. Also didn't send me anything to fill out for my write offs for the business. For years, as a small business owner, I would complete my own returns every year using Turbo Tax. Some years I would break even and some years I would end up owing a couple thousand.
