Salesman came to our home & invited me to get a quote. Our roof is 18 years old. He told me on Monday, there would be an individual call me and to confirm the appointment, which did happen. They were going to come out Wednesday at 2, and give me a quote, they were a no show. I called their office around 4:30 the same day and told the receptionist they were a no show. I said I wasn’t interested in a place, that doesn’t meet their scheduled meeting. She said what your phone number and we will take you off our mailing list. Wha... read more

Perfect Steel installed a metal roof and the quality of the materials is outstanding. The installers were very polite, worked very hard, and did a great job. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Like every large projects, we had to work though some hiccups.

I’m not sure who you got driving these company work trucks but someone needs to be held accountable for truck 225 driving actions. Speeding past me on Route 66 in Ohio when the traffic’s busy and then proceeding to slam on your brakes in front of me because there was someone in front of me doesn’t get you to the job site faster. Almost causing an accident is not a good look for your company! Hopefully your work and craftsmanship is better than your driving skills.

Just had a random guy show up on my door named lance. He was nice enough at first offering a free quote but when I declined he got visibly upset, stormed off and said yeah whatever sarcastically before leaving. Had to rewatch on my ring to find where he even worked. If I need a roof it definitely won't be with a company that needs sales that bad, take in mind a work nights and sleep during the day... the dogs were barking and wanted to go back to bed, I don't need a roof now let alone have you come back to wake me up again. ... read more
