Had to do a follow up review, because I absolutely love my steel roof! By far it has proven to be worth the initial investment, putting it to the test with several storms now! It just endured big heavy branches, with very minimal damage which could have been so much worse, and even that they came and quickly took care of. (Thank you Norman!) I have found Ryan Trouten and the team offer the highest quality product with the best customer service! Highly recommend!

After meeting with the salesmen for an hour and a half, quoted $30,000 for a metal roof, but magically went down to the price of an asphalt roof if I was willing to finance on the spot, which is questionable, I was told that he would email me the quote and text me so I had his phone number. I never received either one. What a waste of my time. Plus I got another estimate for a metal roof and it was much lower than their estimate of $30,000. No wonder they could lower it if I financed. We got all new windows and a sliding door installed and we have to say that we liked the work and the installers were amazing and very professional. They did a good job. After the final work was completed we could tell a difference immediately with our air. Normally at 70 degrees our house is really hot but after having the new windows put in my house is cool at 70 degrees and our ac unit doesn’t run all day. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I had this big guy come over in a big truck with what seemed to be a couple of homeless people. He began to yell at them and was generaly very demeaning towards his own employees. The job they did was ok. It was a bit on the expensive side. In the end it came to like 800$ for an hour without the material. It was three guys but the owner wasn't doing any work just yelling.

From the appointment setter who found me while at work, to the sales advisor, to the installers they all did an amazing job! They ran into problems with a valley that other roofers just went over and fixed the angle to make it work a ton better! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof, windows, or gutters!
