I recently had Perfect Star out to service the two HVAC units in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My technician, Keon Garcia, was fantastic—very courteous, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I have a bit of a split situation: one system is newer and runs great, but the other is 26 years old. I’m want to keep that older unit running as long as possible. Andrew came by today for my 6 month maintenance. I pay a small monthly fee so my maintenance is covered. Arrived on time, was very friendly, very careful with my house and solid wood floors. Also very honest. He showed me a picture of my filter and said “this is still clean, no need to replace”. The filters I have are quite expensive so I appreciate his honesty to save myself some money.

Excellent job all around! Jesus explained what was to be done then thoroughly checked all systems within heating and cooling. He then provided photos of each part of our system as they were worked on. There was no guessing or wondering what was done. Additionally, we added two parts to our unit that were missing and swapped out incorrect amperage fuses. All in all outstanding job! We recommend Perfect Star for maintenance or installation!!
