I went to Dr. Bukholts to receive a second opinion. She was amazing as was her staff and Office Manager; Paula. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment I felt I was in the right place. We were a transfer from another state so my daughter had already been in braces on for a few months. Dr. Bulholts was so kind to her, and very thorough explaining what and how she was going to pick up and continue my daughter's treatments. She made time to do an adjustment right then and there. After a horrible experience with an orthodontist in Queens, I chose Dr. Bukholts to repair the damage that he caused. Dr. Bukholts's assistant, Paula, was very friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and explaining everything. Dr. Bukholts also spent a lot of time with me, detailing how she could fix the problems that my prior orthodontist created. I came in for a consultation last week as well as a follow up this week. Dr. Olga was very informative and spent a long time with myself and family answering all our questions and address our concerns. She is very knowledgeable on all the different types of corrective appliances and I am looking forward to starting invisalign :)

I am almost finished with my 18 months of invisalign and my teeth have never been better. I thought it would be hopeless, but they really worked. Dr. Bukolts, Paula and the other staff members are attentive, available, professional. Our daughter also got her braces here and the service was excellent. When she broke a bracket she was able to come in that day.

I am so pleased I found Dr. Bukholts. Before choosing her I had consultations with various orthodontists in the city. I felt the most comfortable with her because of her experience and professionalism. She provided a thorough overview of my treatment options and had a strong grasp on the latest dental technology.
