I'm extremely dissatisfied with the dental implant I received from Dr. Richard Letz at his Forest Hills, NY office several months ago. Unfortunately, the implant was not correctly performed, causing me severe discomfort. After seeking a second opinion, it was clear that the implant was flawed, and I'm now facing additional procedures to correct the issue.
Terrific dentist and very gentle with shots! He is also funny, which made me less nervous for my dental work. Definitely recommend.
It was an amazing experience for my daughter Makayla. It was an easy transition for her going to a new dentist after 12 years. Dr Lestz made her very comfortable and ease her anxiety being in a dentist’s office. The work ethic and the staff are amazing. Dr Lestz’s work was excellent. I highly recommended the office for any dental works. Thank you for making my daughter feel at ease during dental works…she was not an easy patient to deal with.
Dr. Lestz is an exceptional dentist who provides outstand care. I have been a patient for over 20 years. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Anna who is beyond efficient, kind and caring, well that just carried over to Dr. Lestz as well. They take the time to explain procedures, ensuring I was comfortable and even got entertained with a little comedy show from them. Very relaxing office and the quality of work is highly recommended. I would not go anywhere else.
I am almost finished with full dental implants and it has been a pleasure working with Dr . Lestz et al ( Anna , his nurse / office manager and Mabel , his surgical assistant ) . I hope to post a pic in a month or two !
