Perfect Smile I’ve left you 3 messages trying to be a new patient and get an appointment. You’re one of the recommended dentist on my insurance and there aren’t many in Washington. Nobody has called me back? Not once. I can’t even speak to a human being when I can during your business hours. I guess that shows me I don’t want to be a patient. Thanks.
If I could give this office a 0 ratting I would do so. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. They also do not have a hygienist to do cleanings and do not inform patients of this when they schedule their first appointments. In addition the Dr. Does not spend time with patients or do an h&p.
The older lady at the front desk is soooo rude...almost like a burden for u to be there....then the dentist who seen me had no intrest because he was projecting her energy on me... NEVER GOING BK...WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
I want to start by saying that I hate the dentist. I have destroyed my mouth from years of ignoring small problems that became wayyyyy too big to handle. I was seeing a family friend dentist and I won’t disclose name, but every tooth he “repaired” needed to be fixed by Dr. T. My mouth has been in so much pain for probably 6ish months and finding a dentist within my network & affordable was impossible. I hate going to the dentist in the first place & my experience with this place has been nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. My very first appointment, I showed up, and was rudely talked too. The front desk lady told me " didnt you get our message!? " Umm, Nooo.. " We had to cancel all our evening appointments!
