I went to my appointment filled out the paperwork made sure I wrote that I had a total knee replacement done normally they ask me am I supposed to take antibiotics prior to any procedure they did not I had to tell them they are supposed to wait an hour before doing anything they did not now I am dealing with an infection in my tooth that I had since my first visit they better hope my knee replacement isn’t full of this infection if it is I will have to have it removed

I had my teeth pulled here and dentures made over 2 years ago and they never fit. when I would call and tell them they still don't fit. they would set me up an appointment to see the dentist. all he would do was grind them down again hans them to me and say there you go. the teeth they made me are way to big. they look like horse teeth. people laugh at me an make fun when I try and wear them and they fall out after so long. RecommendedMy experience was amazing at this place! I have 4 children, and myself who received cleanings , and saw the dentist. The hygienist did an amazing job cleaning all of our teeth, the dentist was amazing as well. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and extremely clean! Very COVID-19 aware, and on top of there game in all aspects, from the front desk to the back office! I was truly impressed, and will continue my dental care here. Thanks to all of the lovely people who helped my family today.
We waited a month for an appointment. All they did was do X-rays. They then scheduled her out another whole month for a cleaning, to fill some cavities and an extraction. Only to cancel the day before because Dr Paul Havey decided it wasn’t worth his time to come from the cranberry office because he was only getting paid for one pediatric patient. The child in pain means nothing to these so called professionals. 😡😡😡
Stay far away from this place! Unprofessional- Rude- Arrogant. Forget HIPPA laws and privacy- everyone sees everything- even during surgery!!!
