This place is a joke. They rescheduled my appointment twice and messed the time and told me “well there’s nothing we can do” I literally have proof of my appointment time. Complete joke and ignorant.
If I could give this place a -10, I would. I came in here three months ago with just a cavity and a toothache. They said they could fix a whole bunch of my teeth, so I let them go about their business and upon putting numerous fillings in thought everything would be Good. I have been back in that office almost weekly with the exception of today because they could not get me in for a month to have these fillings put back in because they have fell out. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Dismisses clients for canceled appointments that were never scheduled in the first place. When you ask to speak with someone higher you get told there is nobody and no hr. If I could give a lower rating I would.
Awful place.Dentist and assistant said not one word except to each other.They just start grinding a tooth down for a crown.The free clinic would be an improvement
I am 74 male I been with this dentist when it was called gentle smile for 20some years new name different staff I canceled a few times, I called to make a appointment they said no because I canceled my appointment???
