Just had my 7 year old son there to have a tooth pulled. No other dentist has been able to give my son the Novocain shot because he would cry and not let them but this dentist got it done. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend. Then last month he did my 14 year old sons root canal
I was really afraid of having all my Top teeth & a bunch of dead roots removed. I have some social anxiety issues & a dislike of the dentist going back to childhood. But the folks at A Perfect Smile & the anesthesiologist w/ the knockout juice I really haven’t had ANY pain since. I’m feeling better already. Thank you, A Perfect Smile.🦷🪥🧙♂️
Just had a horrible experience. Just getting the novacain was horrible. I screamed while getting the shots it hurt so bad. Did nothing with the swab to "numb" before the numbing. He said "I can't do this" after that, the trust was gone so I walked out with nothing done except pain from the shots of novacain
I would have given one star but they got me in the same day and the staff seemed pretty nice. I was getting a lower left molar removed. It was the only tooth in that area. They said they wanted to take an x-ray. Then Dr Cheng proceeded to almost break my jaw, (and that is no exaggeration) removing the tooth. I had to use both my hands to push up on my jaw while he was pushing down because it hurt so much. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL... THEY WERE SO RUDE TO MY HUSBAND... I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE... HE GOT THREE TEETH PULLED AND THE DOCTOR WAS VERY RUDE.... TOLD HIM TO BE QUIT AS HE WAS PULLING HIS TEETH.... DENTAL WORK IS TRAMDIC MAYBE BEING A LITTLE EMPATHETIC WOULD BE NICE.....
