Do not waste your money with this provider! Let me start by saying that Zeena did my eyebrows 3 years ago and did a great job, so I jumped at the chance to go back to the same person to have them redone. I purchased the groupon for the permanent eyebrows, and went in for the service on 8/13/16. The listed address on the groupon was wrong, so I had to call to get the actual location, which is inside the Ivy Falls Spa on Medlock Bridge Rd in Johns Creek. She cashed in my groupon before I could use it. After I called her she made me an appointment and never showed up. She told me groupon made the mistake. when I showed up at her rented closet space that I drove 1/2 hour one way I was informed she was 4 months past due on her rent and this was not the first time she left clients sitting outside her space. I would not use her.
I went to almost a year ago to get lip liner eyeliner and eye brows . Sitting through all of that pain it did not take none of the services she did not take at all!! I called her and spent over $500.00 for this . She said she would do it again . I told her NO I sat all through that pain I'm not doing it again and prolly not take . She has refused to give me my money back !! That's sorry business !! DONT USE HER

The girl had me waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled time and was very abrupt and rude. She also had an appointment right behind me who left since the technician was running late. She also had the audacity to point to us in a hallway and announce our services? Um.... The appointment type is a personal thing! I stayed to receive one treatment to see what it was like.
