I don't generally write reviews except for restaurants, but this is something I thought could really help people. You always hear of horror stories of contractors who don't really care and work that took forever to finish. Perfect Renovation came highly recommended through a friend when I was looking around for an honest contractor who does excellent work. Well, he was right. Honesty is the only solution – as an architect (i am working for a big commercial firm) i KNOW how complex construction and renovation can get. and actually i understand all the people here that complain about contractors, because i feel bad for them. but at the bottom line, they complain cause they simply know NOTHING about construction. when i had my Perfect Renovation experience, i felt that they were honest with me all along the way. it didnt make my apartment

inadequate oversight of workers and bad advice – I had Perfect Renovation do a big job for me on my kitchen and in my basement. I generally enjoyed working with them, but ended up having two problems that were so significant that I would recommend that others stay away! Everything went well in the beginning, but as we got into the project they seemed to be constantly pushing to make it bigger. Great Park Slope Cellar Renovation – Working with Perfect Renovation was a painless and enjoyable experience. I hired them to address some structural and plumbing issues in my cellar. They took care of everything - the building department, permits and all. I had complete trust in the crew, I had to leave town due to a family emergency and they completed the work in my absence. I would definitely look to them for future projects!

Love my new bathroom! – I was leery of going to Perfect Renovation at first because my project seemed so small and insignificant. I wanted to upgrade my small bathroom in my co-op apartment. The designer and owner were very friendly and accommodating of my budget and needs at the beginning. Then the workers who completed it were super nice and did a great job. I got exactly what I wanted!

Perfect Renovation, Thank you for wonderful work! – We just finished our project with perfect renovation and we were very happy! Everyone in the team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The workers were great. professional and gentlemen and enthusiastic which made the whole experience much easier for us. PR took care of everything, from the design to the final completion, and we have nothing but good things to say about these guys

Don't Let Perfect Renovation Waste Your Time Too! – I went to Perfect Renovation on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn three weeks ago to ask about a renovation project on our downtown Brooklyn apartment. I was asked to fill out a detailed form, and was told that Nadav, the owner, would call me within 24 hours. A week later I had not heard from anyone at Perfect Renovation so I called to follow up. Great work – We had two bathrooms renovated lately with perfect renovation, and we are now in the process of designing the garden floor, reconfiguring the kitchen and living room, and 1/2 bath. Everything went according to the schedule and the service was more than satisfactory. Both bathrooms look fantastic! Except for one small change order that costed us more than the original price, we stayed in our budget. We are looking forward to get started with the rest of the work.
