Very disappointed. I asked for a natural gray transition, but my hair was left patchy and orange, and the haircut is uneven. When I complained, I was told I would have to pay extra to fix it and make my hair darker—which makes no sense after such poor results. I also requested a refund and was completely ignored. I did not feel confident walking around with my hair like this.
