Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that if I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision.
I had Perfect Powerwash clean my one story home. Was quoted a price then the gentleman cleaning suggested I clean my front steps and the price would be adjusted at completion. He cleaned and left, I went out to check and still had mold and bird droppings on one side. I call ed to complain, no response. I wrote a bad review, and low and behold, I get a phone call from Josh, Operations manager, promised to have someone come out and re clean and he would make the deductions for front step and send me a 45% off coupon for f... read more
