This company is a scam. They do not wash your roof at all. They treat it with chemicals but leave debris there. This is not what I thought I was getting and I am not satisfied-- contrary to their website. Do not use them if you expect your roof to be "power washed". The name is a sales ploy. Further, they have aggressive sales tactics. Don't leave your phone number unless you want 5-10 calls a day. See the photos below. Does that look like a clean roof to you? The promise of 100% satisfaction is only for show.

PPP came out to our house and hooked their rig to our water source...that is supplied by a well. They completely ran our well out of water and had to quit for the day. The next day, they brought their own water truck....why didn't they do that the 1st. day ?? ***Once they have your phone number / e-mail. THEIR HIGH-PRESSURE SALES FORCE NEVER QUIT HOUNDING YOU. This time, they got ahold of my contact list and when you receive a known number, IT'S THEM. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!

Terrible service. I was quoted a price prior to them coming out. Once the tech was here he mentioned also doing the walks. (which he only did on walk) He gave me a price and I told him no… unless he could do it for the value I said. He agreed. When I got the final invoice the costs were double what was originally quoted.  The job was terrible. They left dirt everywhere. Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that if I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision.

I had Perfect Powerwash clean my one story home. Was quoted a price then the gentleman cleaning suggested I clean my front steps and the price would be adjusted at completion. He cleaned and left, I went out to check and still had mold and bird droppings on one side. I call ed to complain, no response.
