The below information is fact.. They came out on the first visit and said our water was low and they turned the pump so it was pulling from the bottom. They didn’t tell us what we needed to do and whenever it was pulling from the bottom algae got in our pool. They did not accept blame for this And they blamed us. I brushed the sides and shocked the Pool myself although I didn’t feel we should have to do this. They told me they weren’t going to cover the cost to do it so I had to do it. After dealing with other companies in the area, Perfect Pools is by far the most responsive, fairly priced, and experienced company. I had damage after one of the recent hurricanes and they came in quick to measure and replace my liner. They kept in constant communication and provided timely updates. Any issue they ran into during the process they were open about and provided a solution. Their team has years of experience that shows in their work.
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always friendly and we appreciate the advice and free water testing..
