We've used Perfect Pooch 2+ years now and have had great service!
My first visit was "Perfect". And Ms. Lisa is as sweet and kind as she can be. But today, I had a very upsetting and much "less than perfect" experience. There is a new groomer there that greeted me when I arrived with my dog. In fact he even told me he was there only a couple days. I took my golden-shepherd Daisy in for a standard bath, trim, and brush-out. I specifically told the groomer NOT to shave her. Under ANY circumstances. Long story short, I was totally shocked! I and George Loves Perfect Pooch! They treat your baby like family. They are very professional and people friendly.
Love them! I have used them for grooming and boarding and I have no complaints. Lisa even called me when she was concerned about one of my dogs. They took good care of my girls.
Ms.Lisa is so nice and professional! I have used their grooming and boarding services and I'm never disappointed!!!
I have used this business three times to board my puppy, for as many as 5 days at a time. I have been extremely pleased with the care given, cleanliness of the facility, and grooming services each visit.
