Perfect Pitch Roofing DID NOT DESERT ME, RESPONDING TO EVERY CALL UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED!! This roof had A/C ducts that ran out of a large peaked portion onto the flat section, down into several rooms. These old vents presented unbelievable issues and Perfect Pitch RESPONDED EVERY TIME THEY WERE CALLED. I love these people. They did such a beautiful job on the shingled portion of my roof. I have used Roy and Perfect Pitch Roofing several times now for different projects I have been involved with and they have been fantastic every time! Roy is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions I may have. They get the job done right and do it in a timely and professional manner. Joe did a good job, however we had a racoon issue, and joe promised to fix it with metal under the shingles at n/c since he did not have to change the step flashing which he charged to do. I doubt that after he is paid he will ever come for a repair. Does not even have the decency to return a phone call. I even offered to pay for this small i hour job.. Very disappointing...
