Needed to board my pup for a few days. The staff were caring and nice. Easy to deal with. When I picked her up she was happy, healthy, and in perfect shape. Will definitely be using these folks when I need a puppy sitter.
I left my Mini Schnauzer for 5 days…He was bathed and groomed…(last November for the first time) when I picked him up…he came home and drank almost a big bowl of water! Understand that it was his first time being boarded there and he was very nervous. I need to board him again for 2 days…I don’t want to be hesitant…any reassurance?
Pups walk in pure wagging tails, always happy pups. Clean and very attentive grooming solan, highly recommend.
Easily the best groomer I have been to. They are professional, polite, and know how to handle animals well to avoid injury. Plus they have the cutest, friendliest store cats (Zeke,Josie, and Rhaenyra <3) , but I do worry sometimes about them getting injured or attacked by customer dogs, especially if they are bringing in/out multiple. That's not the fault of the business, but of bad dog owners.
