Please becareful when boarding. I knew it was talking to Adele the front lady when asking about boarding per night. They dont tell you about "EARLY CHECK IN FEE" for an extra 30 bucks. She said check in is at 3pm and dont tell you over the phone when booking or asking for prices. Just to note u need to check them out by noon if not u get another charge for stay . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. This used to be my go to spot for grooming and boarding, they even knew my dog by name. But after this last experience, I’m done. They charged me an “early check in fee” for dropping my dog off at noon, and a “late check out fee” for picking him up at 5pm! Then, because I didn’t buy a bath (I had literally bathed him right before dropping him off), they charged me another full night. Needed to board my pup for a few days. The staff were caring and nice. Easy to deal with. When I picked her up she was happy, healthy, and in perfect shape. Will definitely be using these folks when I need a puppy sitter.
