I lived in Heritage rentals for about 4 years through undergrad and grad school and absolutely loved it! The houses I lived in were both very nice, and in a good location. Maintenance was always very responsive, and someone would show up within a few hours or next morning at the very latest. Ken was always great to talk to in the office, and did a great job coordinating between us and the Heritage team. For two years of my time at Ithaca College, I lived in a Perfect Heritage house and had a great experience. The house I rented was very nice and in a safe area, for a very competitive price-- considering Ithaca costs. Everybody at the office is very kind and responsive when it comes to calls and emails. The maintenance team was also very responsive and always courteous when coming to the house to make repairs.
