Nails always come out great. Studio is clean, and customer service is above and beyond.
I was there with my friends. Technicians are very good, they helped with my nails and made the best manicure and pedicure. Location is very well. Julia, İndi, Aleksandra and Victoria thank you so much that every time you make my nails are so well! Coming back soon!
I wouldn’t recommend them. They’re not in a convenient/ safe location, ridiculously overpriced with hidden charges and injured my skin with the foot tool they use causing my foot to be red, swollen and burning. I could barely walk or even put on a sock or shoe. They made light of it saying that it’s fine and “would go away”. I had to ask them to put antibacterial on it. I gave this salon many chances because Julia and Victoria are genuinely talented and can do beautiful work. Unfortunately, the business practices are sketchy, and after repeated bad experiences, I realized this isn’t an isolated issue—it’s a pattern.
