Poor service lied and said they was to busy for for pedicures I brought five people only one received only one thing a nail done yes she lied because before that she told me how much on pedicures and mani for my kids and they didn’t get to receive not one apology also accepted more customers and skipping 4others who had already been waiting for a 1hour also seen other go get pedicures but she didn’t not once call us to the back
They handled my nails with care and even listened to my concerns. Love how my nails came out with builder gel. Came in with two broken nails and they were able to take care of them for me. It was more pricey than what I am used to paying I usually pay $70 and I paid $90 for my nails.
Walked out of the chair with my nails looking like I’ve had them for 2 weeks . I didn’t bother to say anything because I didn’t notice until he finished . I’m convinced this is a tactic to make you come back sooner. Be sure to check your nails fully before getting out of the chair and make sure they are PERFECT before polish application . My HUSBAND even noticed and said it looked rushed lol .
We love coming here! Everybody does such a wonderful job and we are always happy with our service! They are also so very accommodating to my 9-year-old daughter 😊
I had a mixed experience here. I got a classic pedicure, and it was great. Everything was clean, efficient, and the service was relaxing. I was really happy with that part of my visit. Unfortunately, my regular manicure was disappointing. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish, and my cuticles were barely done. The manicure felt rushed, and the cuticle work was not thorough at all, which left my nails looking unfinished. I would definitely come back for a pedicure, but I would likely skip the manicure.
