I tried something that I had never done before and I was incredibly impressed. This may sound silly to most people reading this but I didn’t know that guys got manicures. Not only do my hands look amazing now but they feel so good! What a difference it makes! I didn’t realize that this would be something that I wanted to do regularly but now I do. I called to make an appointment and was trying to negotiate a day I could come in, but apparently the person was driving, and when I asked if I could come on Friday, she just hung up on me. Clearly, I now know where not to go to get my nails done. So rude.

I got an acrylic fill today and mentioned that I didn’t like the different tones at the bottom. She made me feel dumb because I didn’t know that acrylic can be different colors. When I told her I thought she would put a base colored coat she basically just corrected me saying you only do base coat for white French tip. I’m not a professional but I don’t think you’re supposed to see my fingernails or different tones in the acrylic after paying $90 for nails.
