I went in today with my 10 year old to get nails done for our disney trip. I got a pedicure with gel and a full set with gel (one finger with art on it additional 10$). My daughter got a polish change and gel polish on her nails with additional charge for the art on her nail. I was charged an amount paid it and gave a 2o$ cash tip. Several hours later (2.5-3 hrs) I received a text from the company saying “due to an error they were changing MY CREDIT CARD an additional 42$ because they did not correctly add up the “services”.... read more

I just had the most bizarre experience at Perfect Nails & Retreat in Plain City, OH. I came in for a nail repair today and Victor treated me as though I was worth little more than the dirt on the ground and he didn’t have time to address any of my concerns. He even told me he has another client and didn’t have the time to help me. Additionally, he was disrespectful to my child and flat out refused to do her service unless she got gel nails.
