$100 for a CHEMICAL BURN?! Upon arriving I specifically told the staff that I am extremely allergic to gel polish. They looked at me like I had just completely offended them. Jenny has been doing a fantastic job on my Nails.. I have been coming for a while but it has always been hit or miss. Now i finally found someone that will make them look how i like.
I just had the most amazing spa gel pedicure at Perfect Nails by a wonderful professional named Van. I booked a literal last minute appointment as I was in the area. I was nervous trying Perfect Nails as it was my first visit, but am so glad I took the chance! I had an exceptional experience, and Van's technique and precision were impressive. The service is hit or miss. Their level of integrity has declined significantly. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt too many times. 3 strikes and you are out. The owners wife is skilled, but blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional. Her early retirement was much needed because she was obviously worn out and bothered. I used to love Perfect Nails but after ownership changes the quality went downhill and I stopped going. I only went for a pedicure last week because my new place isn’t open on Sundays. I 100% regret this decision. I decided to treat myself to the 50minute service. What a waste of money. The pedicure only lasted 30 minutes and she gave me the last 2 steps of product to take home and do myself. And I was still charged the full amount.
