- Disappointed with My Recent Visit I’m very disappointed with the experience I had during my recent visit to your salon. I came in for a pedicure, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. The technician who worked on me (I believe her name was Thur) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet me properly, and made no effort to communicate. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one is top notch! I was so relaxed they had to wake me up. I don’t live in the area, but have family in the DMV and will return here every time I come back. Chairs were nice and comfortable for pedicures and manicures. They accepted us as walk-ins without a problem. Our wait time was less than 5 min. I still advise making an appointment if you can.

This place but kind of pricey for my taste but worth it for the experience. I was in town and went in for a polish removal. I was greeted immediately with kindness and excellent customer service. Because of the excellent service I went ahead and got a gel manicure. Chloe was amazing. Very kind and attentive to what I liked ensuring that I was happy with her work each step of the way. Definitely my new goto when I'm in town!
