Signed in and they said my fill would be $40. But by the end, they charged me $14 extra for a new tip, $16 dollars for shape (my nails already had their original shape. The shape did not change), plus another $20 for gel. Absolute robbery. I had to ask her soak off the old nail because she was going to put the new tip over the old gel. That’s what I get for not boycotting. Never again! AVOID THIS PLACE.
They are so rude. This is the second time I went and their customer service is terrible. I understand why it empty. No wants to go there and get disappointed.
i came as a walk in at about 2:20pm. I waited for 30ish minutes which was fine and a lady had me sit down to get my feet soaked. the water was never warm and I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes just in cold water…no one ever said anything to me, how long it would take etc. i completely understand being a walk in and if a place is busy but to just leave me there is kinda mean. i’m also 9 months pregnant due next week I just wanted a simple pedicure before I gave birth and I ended up just wasting over an hour of my li... read more
