I AM SO HAPPY THAT PERFECT NAILS DESIGN SALON OPEN UP! living in vinton, there are mainly only two nails salon to chose from in the area, which isnt many options at all, especially if you don't like either of them. When this salon open up back in December, i was so excited to try it out.
