Worst experience ever, if I could’ve give 0 star I would! Lady kept leaving and getting distracted by her phone, then painted my toes terribly, if i painted them myself probably would’ve looked better.
The girl who attended me was rude and had a very unprofessional attitude throughout the service. When I politely mentioned that my nails were not being shaped the way I had requested, she reacted negatively. She ended up cutting them much shorter than I wanted and did not follow the shape I asked for at all. Overall, she did a poor job.
This place needs a new name because my nails were far from perfect. I got a French gel manicure on Sunday afternoon and by Monday two of my nails completely peeled off and chipped. I called back Monday morning and asked if I could come in to get them fixed. Once I arrived the owner told me he would fix them for a charge as it is not their fault I have weak nails. I told them my nails only chipped bc the gel came completely off. I will never return.
Unreal TBH. Schedule an appointment, drive 30 minutes to the appointment only for them to tell you they don't have time for you. DONT waste your time with this place! Third time they have completely wasted my time. Worst customer service! Stay away!!!!!
Worst experience ever. First the Lady doing my Pedicure cut my toe deep. She then proceeded to keep pouring alcohol on my cut toe. After I’ve said something now, three times about the pain in my toe she then sticks my toe and the rest of my foot and scolding hot paraffin wax with no regard for the temperature. That was just the pedicure. Now let’s move onto Tony and my fingernails. I gave him two pictures.
