I went to get my gel manicure removed and my nails were destroyed from a very coarse drill (see photo). I have had gel nails removed a few times before and never had an issue (usually a mix of acetone and some drilling with a very fine delicate drill). I didn't know that drilling too deep into a client's nail bed was possible, and I was surprised when my nails started hurting mid-session. Great service and affordable. Thank you Sandy for an awesome French pedicure. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and that the water temperature was just right. Gloria was fast and efficient when doing my dip powder manicure. Highly recommend this shop, there was metered parking outside and around the block. Definitively coming back soon.

return customer of almost 6 months, and always satisfied with them. I do uv gel because i use my hands a lot every day, and my nails last for 3-4 weeks no problem. you can see in the photos that my natural nails are pretty long too. gel pedicures also last me long, and powder or just regular gel manicures have also lasted 2-3 weeks. Gloria is amazing for uv gel nails, I always ask for her and she is sweet and attentive to detail. Ana and Rocio are nice with color. highly recommend.
