I came in for a mani pedi. First thing I asked was if they could do the design. They confirmed that yes there was no problem they could do it. At the end I walked out with this and paid $115. I wouldn’t have minded changing my design if they couldn’t do it but the fact that they said they could and I walked out with my nails like this is just disgraceful.

probably just stay away. we were told they had time for us as walk ins, I came with a friend who waited an hour with her feet in cold water, my tech rushed through my pedi and burned me with the file, was too aggressive with pushing my cuticles, and barely massaged the lotion into my skin. after waiting an hour my friend tried to tell them she didn’t have time for her pedi at that point and got pressured into going through with it anyway. she told them she didn’t have time for color and they asked probably 3 more times if sh... read more
