Me and my friend went in for some fun hoco nails, our sets turned out spectacular, but my friend was very shocked to hear her price. The last time she went in for a service it costed her 35 dollars for a basic set with one nail design, but this time it cost her 75 dollars with out a tip, so we went back in and asked why the price was so high and we where told it was the length of her nails, even though they where all natural, and she had a “ten finger design” even though there where really only 4 fingers with designs and the... read more

Great quick service and wonderful job on my nails!
My daughter and I went in for a pedicure. They handed me a menu and we both chose option 2 priced at $43 per person. However when we went to pay my total was $121.00. This was even after they supposedly gave me $10 discount for paying cash over card. When I asked her about the price discrepancy she said it was the nail polish they used. That should be explained to your customers ahead of time. You handed us a basket of colors to choose from and we picked a color!
