I came for a trip and wanted to get my nails done, never been in the area accidentally put the wrong address in when looking for a nail salon. It was meant to be that! I walked in nervous! The workers and even the customers made me feel so welcome! The lady that did my nails was amazing!!! Wish I would have gotten her name! We talked like we were best friends! I have no idea who the guy was that did my nails, but i will NOT be going back to him specifically. Possibly all together. He repeatedly filed my nail to the point where it cut my skin (picture below) then he continuously filed over it and all he said was “oh. Sorry” I asked for a very simple design and simple shape, square and 2 solid color 2 polka dot and 1 french tip. The solid ones look lumpy and streaky. I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and have spent a lot of money at this salon over time, including tipping well when I’ve had good experiences, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. I paid $60 for a chrome set that was clearly not done properly. Several nails had bubbles, rough texture, uneven surfaces, and missing chrome along the sides.
