The lady is by far the RUDEST! She rushes through every set & tells you what YOU should get as if you’re not the paying customer knowing your likes! She shoo’d me away when I asked for break down of tab because the older guy did my Fill in for more than the original Full set!? So I didn’t complain but I questioned she chimed in and told him don’t worry she already paid. Ive been going to this nail salon on and off for a couple years now and its usually a good experience.but when I went today first off I had called yesterday to schedule an appointment with Joe which is the nail tech I always go to and the lady told me to come at 11am today.I got there right at 11am and I see that the nail tech had already had someone in his chair which he didnt get finished with her until around 11:30am and I had already been waiting for 30 mins at that point. im thinking that im next since I had already bee... read more

Absolutely horrible experience my nails look terrible. The lady and the guy there was so rude didn’t even clean up. The polish on my nails was mad because the guy chose a horrible color. I would not recommend this place. Do not go here.!!! it’s really sad that I’m giving them. This review service was not good at all. if I can give them zero, I would.

I thought I would give this place a shot at a pedicure. I've gotten gel manicures here and have always loved them. They were busy being Valentine's Day. The lady was sweet but I felt like she was in a hurry. My heels are ruff, my toenails are sharp, my cuticles werent cleaned up very good causing the polish to be far from my nail bed. I got my eye brows waxed but there are several hairs that wasn't waxed. Upset I paid $75 for this poor service.
