If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this nail salon yesterday for a full set and a simple color change on my toes. While the full set turned out well, the toe service was highly disappointing and unprofessional. The technician spent no more than 10 minutes on my toes. He did not properly file or shape them, and the polish application was messy—there was paint on my skin rather than just the nails, and the finish was uneven and rushed. I live in DFW and I still wait to get my nails done at my boyfriends in East TX because this salon is so so good. I’m always in and out. They’re super quick and so talented. I’ve never been unhappy with their work. I definitely recommend them!
Worst nail salon in Huntsville. I went in to get a fill which I had powder on previously and she did my fill with shellac. That is not what I asked for and I asked her why she could not do powder again and she told me because I would have to get a full set to get powder. I have never heard of this before. She was so quick and rushed both of my services that I paid for. The deluxe pedicure is bullshit, they do nothing besides paint your toes. Ain’t nothing deluxe about it.
