I went to Perfect Nails in Kent and was helped by a technician named Chloe. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. She was very rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. I came in to relax and get my nails done, but her attitude made the whole appointment uncomfortable. I hope the salon addresses this, because customer service matters.

What a nightmare- I came here once before and it was good but this time was terrible. This was hands down the WORST salon experience I have ever had before. My fingers are so painful, irritated, swollen, still bleeding the next day and it looks worse than if I had done them my self. Atleast if I did it myself it wouldnt of took 3 hours, I wouldnt be paying to have them removed, all the extra nail polish removed from my hands in general and sitting even longer at the salon.
