The service has become less personable over the years, as technicians are always in their phones, even while tending to customers. I want to get my nails done in quiet. I keep going back because they're fast and the location is near my job. However, they have gotten sloppy recently and aren't sensitive to my sensitive nails. I’ve been a customer here on & off for a few years. I will no longer be returning. Kevin does nails well but his attitude is HORRIBLE. He rushes, complains if you make a change, wants the nails done HIS way. Just nasty! He acts as if he doesn’t want to work. The middle-aged woman has the same attitude, she’s always yelling & rushes her work. The younger techs have better attitudes but are not as experienced. The salon is clean but ALWAYS COLD. No music, just dead silence. I always tip & bring customers but NOMORE.

First time and last time here. Worst experience. My pedicure was rushed and didn't even feel like they did any scrubbing. My acrylics are only a week old and are already chipping and looks grown out. Super disappointed!
