My father and I went through various websites before choosing Perfect Memorials and I can't even put into words what a beautiful decision this turned out to be for our family. We made the order over the Memorial Day weekend and it arrived in perfect condition yesterday. (the 2nd) We highly recommend this company to anyone who is on the fence about quality and timing.
In May 2019 I bought a Small Pewter Paw Print Cremation Urn for my doggie Benji. The urn was perfect the finish on the metal were great. Unfortunately om August 2020 I lost another of my babies and I ordered the same Urn for him. When I received the second one I noticed the metal material wasn't the same quality also looks like it's been paint to look like silver and additional to that I paid $13 more for the same product. Perfect Memorials has decent products and amazing production and customer service staff, but their staff are treated poorly by their management. I will never shop with them again because of this. Sincerely, Recent 100% quality performance customer service ex-employee let go due to medical and attendance issues outside of her control... and heartbroken 💔
