I was told previous stylist Candy had retired and would have to take who was available. I sat and waited for the stylist to complete the gentlemen before me, who was taking an unusually long time, which was ok as I was in no hurry. I think the stylist took an instant dislike to me although we had no spoken a word. Excellent Service – The stylist was pleasant and helpful. The place was clean. The manager Candy was extremely kind to us and even gave us $2 off when we forgot our coupon. The stylist I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place.
I wish I could give them Zero Stars – Usually in customer service, it is the customer who is rude and hard to deal with; in this case, the service provider is the one at fault. During a recent visit, the stylist was nothing less than mean. Not only did she ignore the haircut length/style request, she got sassy and said, "Would you like to finish this yourself?"
