Me and my roommate went to get a haircut at 11:05 despite the fact that the website says open to 5 we were told that they were no longer taking customers and we were turned away
The worst hair cut ever! I could have done a better job myself! Dolly cut multiple inches off my hair when I told her only 1 inch!!!! She cut my bangs Soooooo short and unevenly that now I have to wear a headband till it grows out!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I would only say PLEASE do yourself a favor go,run to someone else to get your hair cut!!!!

If I had a chance to give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment the day before online, and when I came up to my appointment, the lady had already left and told me to come back. Such a lack of customer service you should look at your schedule before you leave.
