They are definitely there to get all the money squeezed out of you that they can. The person that did my hair wanted to squeeze in another person during my scheduled time, two visits in a row. And charged me over $100 over the estimated price. I wanted to get my hair bleached again, but ended with bad burns on my scalp that are scabbing and gross. Would recommend a small business that treats you and your hair with more care.
