Super frustrated with the call center on Friday. I suggested can I send a message to the saloon. I guess that was not option. I wanted to schedule appointment to fix it. They put on hold 2x and disconnected me and even told me told go to the salon as walk-in. You would think they were customer friendly. I am not even judging the tenchinian for anything. I just want my hair fixed to my satisfaction.
